KioskClock terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-16
Agreement
These terms govern your use of KioskClock (the "Service"), operated by Watts Software Inc.. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings page.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record, whose terms also apply to your purchase.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Deleting your account cancels an active subscription in the same way.
Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your subscription. For refund requests contact support@kioskclock.com.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other people's data, no interfering with or overloading the Service, and no automated access except through features we provide for it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.
You are responsible for the employee information you add: that you are allowed to record it, and that your employees are told how their time is recorded, as the law where you operate requires.
Time records and pay
KioskClock records the times scanned at your kiosks and the edits you make. You are responsible for reviewing timesheets before using them for payroll, and for following the wage, hour, overtime, break and record-keeping laws that apply to your business. KioskClock does not calculate or pay wages and is not payroll, tax or legal advice.
Keep your own copy of the records the law requires you to keep. You can export them at any time. We are not responsible for losses caused by a missed scan, a lost or shared badge, a device that is offline, or an edit made by someone with access to your account.
Kiosks and badges
Keep paired kiosk devices and your account secure. Anyone holding a badge can clock in and out with it, so replace a badge from the employees page if it is lost. Remove a kiosk from settings if a device is lost or no longer used.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Watts Software Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in advance. Questions: support@kioskclock.com.
