For small business
The time clock for small businesses that hate paperwork
Paper time cards get lost, rounded and argued about. Big workforce apps bury a time clock under scheduling, chat and HR. KioskClock does one job, clocking people in and out, and does it with as few buttons as possible.
Replace paper time cards in an afternoon
Type your employees' names, print their badges and leave a tablet at the door. From the next shift on, hours are recorded to the minute and add themselves up. No more reading handwriting or doing math on a Friday night.
Made for the way small teams work
- Nobody needs an email address, smartphone or password
- Works with part-timers, seasonal staff and volunteers
- One owner account sees everything; employees see only the clock
- Pay periods that match yours: weekly, every two weeks, twice a month or monthly
- Overnight shifts are handled correctly, including daylight saving changes
Payroll without retyping
At the end of the period, download Excel or CSV with each employee's total hours and every shift. Use it to run payroll in the software you already use, or hand it to your accountant.
Honest limits
KioskClock is a time clock, not a full HR suite. It doesn't do scheduling, GPS tracking, PTO accrual or run payroll itself. If you need those, a bigger platform may suit you better. If you want clean hours with zero training, you're in the right place.
Frequently asked questions
What is KioskClock?
KioskClock is a QR code time clock for small businesses. You print a badge for each employee, put any tablet at the door, and employees scan their badge to clock in and scan again to clock out. You see who's working, fix mistakes and export hours for payroll.
How do I get hours into payroll?
Choose a pay period (weekly, every two weeks, twice a month or monthly) and download Excel or CSV. You get each employee's total hours plus every shift with dates and times, ready to type into or import into your payroll or accounting software.
What if someone forgets to clock out?
The dashboard shows everyone who is still clocked in and flags shifts that have been open unusually long. You can set the correct clock-out time in a couple of taps; edited shifts are marked so your records stay honest.
Can I correct or add time entries?
Yes. You can change clock-in and clock-out times, add a shift someone missed, or delete a mistaken one. Every change is labelled as edited in the timesheet and in exports.
How much does it cost for more employees?
Team is $10 a month for up to 25 employees. Unlimited is $25 a month for any number of employees and locations. Pay yearly and it's $100 or $250 a year, two months free. Prices are flat, not per employee, and you can change or cancel any time.
